A Louisiana native, he enjoys fishing and rich Cajun cuisine. When given the opportunity to truly “geekout,” he attempts to keep up with the latest technology and data trends, including AI, IOT, AVs, and blockchain.

Bennett is a native Memphian and moved from Dallas to Nashville in early 2021. He lives in Sylvan Park with his wife, Weldon. When not in the office you can find him riding his gravel bike, water skiing, or enjoying weekend trips with Weldon and friends.

Bennett provides transparency and clarity to owners and tenants throughout the duration of their projects, including preconstruction consultation, ground-up construction, and tenant improvement scopes. Bennett’s work experience includes oversight of large construction projects for a mechanical engineering firm and management of acquisitions for a local developer.
 
Bennett is a native Memphian and moved from Dallas to Nashville in early 2021. He lives in Sylvan Park with his wife, Weldon. When not in the office you can find him riding his gravel bike, water skiing, or enjoying weekend trips with Weldon and friends.
